Frequently Asked Questions:


1) There appears to be 'force-closing' of NAVFone. What should I do?

- Re-start your phone by switching it off and on

- Once the phone has re-started, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications

- Select 'My Files', locate the NAVFone folder and delete it

- Re-start your phone once again, by switching it off and on

- Once the phone has re-started, go to Samsung Apps on your mobile phone

- Locate NAVFone and proceed with installation process

- Once installation is complete, launch NAVFone and allow some time for the application to download the data

- It is critical that this process is not interrupted for successful installation

- The Singapore map will be visible upon successful download and installation


2) I think the application did not download successfully. What do I do?

Please refer to the above response.


3) The download seems to be 'hanging', or appearing unresponsive. How do I force NAVFone to exit?

To force close NAVFone, please follow the following steps:-

- Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications

- Select 'NAVFone'

- Go to Controls > Force Stop
